TEACHERS AT WORK - Baltimore City

Residents of Baltimore might be noticing that there are a few new fresh faces around lately, more specifically 75 fresh faces. This summer 75 exchange teachers departed from all parts of the Philippines, and set sail for their new home for the next three years, Baltimore, Maryland. Their trip was definitely filled with challenges but you would be hard pressed to see this reflected in their correspondence or personal demeanor. In fact, when Amity representatives Tiffany and Matthew flew out to greet the group they were met by a wave of high spirit, excitement, and graciousness. When asked about the experience Matthew stated that “I have never felt so welcomed by such a large group of people, it was an amazing experience to meet so many kind and friendly individuals.”

Meeting the new teachers from Baltimore was a great experience for Amity and we appreciate all the efforts of those involved in welcoming our staff in Baltimore . Amity Institute also appreciates all those involved in helping the teachers with their US preparations.Together we are truly building international friendship and cultural understanding through teaching exchange.Our best wishes and thoughts go out to all of our Exchange Teachers and Intern Teachers.
