REQUESTING AN AMITY INTERN TEACHER

Schools can request Interns from the Amity Admissions Department. Amity recruits qualified Interns in cooperation with overseas representatives, or Screening Officers, who interview potential candidates worldwide.

Screening Officers are international education professionals, including Fulbright Commission employees, professors, and Amity alumni. Through this method, schools can request dossiers from Amity and conduct interviews with these candidates.

STEPS TO INVITING AN AMITY INTERN

1. Complete the Intern Teacher Request Form and fax it back to Amity
2. Receive dossiers of qualified applicants
3. Contact applicants directly for phone interview (all official invitations are to be made through Amity Institute)
4. Choose your candidate and return the Intern Teacher Invitation Form by fax to Amity as a formal invitation
5. Maintain regular communication with your Program Counselor and Intern to ensure that any relevant information and documentation is passed on to Amity Institute
